2023 Synod Assembly Recap
The 2023 Synod Assembly is in the books! What an incredible day, from inspiring worship led by musicians Sharon Irving and Quincy Cochran, to a stimulating discussion with Peter Tan regarding built environments and creating a sense of place where people yearn to gather, to a joyful business meeting that included elections and the passage of three incredible resolutions and the 2024-2025 synod spending plan. AND, we still finished early!
Thanks to St. John’s representatives, who attended that day – Ryan and Shannon Anderson, Emily Staveness, and Claire Johnson.
Please CLICK HERE for a recap of the Assembly, which was held on May 20, 2023.
CLICK HERE to view a video from our companion synod, the Northern India Evangelical Church – this video, on the South-Central Synod of Wisconsin’s YouTube channel, was not able to be shown the day of the Synod Assembly.
